Excellent food, Excellent service. Friendly staff. The juices are the best. The Huevos Rachel's, The Enchillades, the sopes are my favorites.
Best Breakfast burrito in a long time I got Bacon egg and cheese with bean , avocado, pico de gallo and jalapeños. The Salsa's are also incredible. Wow I really enjoyed this burrito. The service was excellent as well no bs kinda folks very polite and patient and considerate. I love this place. La simple hole in the wall spots a hidden gem with the soccer game playing, its vibes.
Best breakfast burrito I have had in a very long time!!! Super fluffy eggs with big chunks of crispy (but not oily at all) bacon, delicious homemade salsas AND piping hot super tasty coffee!!! Tiny store front on Magnolia Blvd with street parking in front! The place is nothing fancy (though they were playing great jazz!!) but the taste of homemade food is worth the adventure. Plus, the folks working there just couldn't be nicer!!!
The place is really tiny but it was clean and organized I ordered Sam Burrito and it was so delicious. The ingredients tasted really fresh and the lime zest was very refreshing. It's a above average price for a burrito but this is something I'll come back to whenever I'm craving a home cooked authentic burrito. Service was great. We asked for another refill of chips and thinking we would have to pay but it was for free.
The customer service was really good. we got a breakfast burrito and a quesadilla and the meat was seasoned really well. The horchata is made in house and it is delicious!
Parking should not be an issue that this casual and cozy eatery. Staff is very nice and helpful. You are served free chips and salsa when dining in. Food is solid. Pricing and portions are as expected.

The fresh juices rotate daily or weekly depending on what's available, and you can always mix a couple flavors if you want to try something different - like strawberry mango for example. They offer a full menu of lunch/dinner items in a cozy atmosphere and restaurant space that makes you feel at home, & makes sure you have a memorable pleasant experience, looking forward to my next visit!
Skipped dinner on Friday night and woke up with a strong craving for a breakfast burrito. I've lived in Studio City for 10 months and still haven't found "the one". Cactus (sherman oaks and studio city), Joan's, Jumpin' Java, all were good but not "it". Deli Mex is the one! It was so good. I had the chorizo and egg burrito and it was fire and the homemade hot sauce was the perfect compliment. I was so hungry I forgot to take a pic but I will next time. Also I'm going to add potatoes. I think it will make it even better! Ambiance was nice and clean but small. Feels like I found a gem! Service was great and the guy behind the counter was super nice.
Found this amazing little hole in the wall breakfast spot while waiting for our car to be serviced. I've been craving a really good breakfast burrito for the past couple of weeks and Deli Mex did not disappoint !! The chorizo burrito was perfect and fat as fuck pro tip check in on yelp for free chips and dip :) the dip itself was very, very good. There's a sign in front of the cash register stating that all of their sauces are homemade. You can definitely taste the love and authenticity in every bite. Although there's not a lot of seating, it's very cozy and cute inside. The owner/manager/chef (?) was so sweet and accommodating he def made sure we had a good experience :) Will definitely be back even when we're not getting our car serviced lol
